Farewell,

After an amazing 50 years of teaching golf, it's time to say a heartfelt goodbye to our cherished golf pro, Peter Bryant, as he enters retirement.

To honor this significant milestone, members and friends from Perivale Park Golf Club gathered to surprise Peter with a party at the clubhouse — a fitting tribute to a man who has influenced the game and spirit of our club for many years.

Peter started playing as a young boy and became a professional in his early twenties. He often jokes that he never hit the big leagues because he "couldn't putt." However, anyone who has played a round with him will agree — Peter may not claim to be an expert putter, but he always manages to sink the ball when it matters.

On behalf of everyone at Perivale Park Golf Club, we thank you, Peter, for your passion, patience, humour, and dedication. You've created a lasting legacy, not just as a teacher of the game, but as a true gentleman of golf.
